Dear Room 14 Ohana,

Aloha! I would like to welcome you and your family to second grade. It is a pleasure to have your child in my class. Wow! I can’t believe Summer went by so quickly. I hope everyone enjoyed the Summer break.

A little introduction about myself. I am Mr. Madela, and I taught second grade last year here at Alvah Scott Elementary. This is my second year of teaching second grade. I married with 3 children. Twin boys, who just graduated from high school and a girl who is in the tenth grade. Our family have two dogs, Moka and Bella. I look forward to working with you and your child. I will be providing more information about myself going forward.
