okay so here's how it started Friday March 13th the day before spring break was such a fun day for a sous rpe arrange the Slime day for the students who raised the money for the fundraiser we're just going on a field trip to Hawaii news now and had the best time learning about the new studio and meeting all the Hawaii news now anchors traffic person and why it was such a fun day to be together with our video Club the next day on the news we hear about a virus in China called the coronavirus it's running all throughout Europe it seems terrible and so far away but French the United States let's take a look at the timeline in March after spring break teachers and students did not return school teacher Alvis that website the teachers all men online on WebEx from their homes for meetings we Never Said Fred Elvis. Since March 13th the Friday before spring break it's unreal how our world was flipped upside down in one month I was quiet and everyone stayed home until this virus would disappear only a few people went to work in the summer the office staff and the custodians and the tech person and everyone wear masks and stay 6 feet apart now it August the beginning of school and instead of staying home all teachers will report to school go to their own classrooms and teach online from their there are no children at school ever has very few classes have kids pictures are all in their rooms by themselves teaching on a computer using WebEx or Google meet 4 months how about you is not taking visitors no country was allowed to come to have IE for vacation until November the tales were taking sick conversations to stay in a room by themselves and so they could get better can you just imagine being sick and being alone in a hotel room it's now at the ninth month Mark into this pandemic / 1 people have died so far worldwide in what e * 18266 cases and 244 deaths schools are not in session physically but they aren't session virtually and or Blended it's November 9th and now School changes to an A B schedule which means half of the school comes in Monday and Wednesday and the other on Tuesday and Thursdays and Fridays very but there is another option to stay home 100% so many students just need other teachers online and once or twice a day on campus it looks like there are not a lot of us all of the students but each class has to stay together even for resources there are no classes that intermingle with other classes in the mornings everyone that enters account this must be checked with the thermometer to make sure they do not have a fever there is 78 helping to line up students what would 6 feet apart every student and teacher must wear a mask at all times even bathrooms brakes are staggered so that one class at a time uses the restroom lunch looks different to as each child sits at a desk in the cafeteria their normal long tables and the adults are now the table wipers the students have to say 6 feet apart all day long even in the classrooms there are many markings on the ground to show the new distance rules there are teachers delivering is on Water Street I'm today to each classroom to keep it clean and sanitized our schedule has changed from Austin is leaving at 2:10 p.m. to establish schedule get released at 1:45 to the 3rd at 1:55 and 46 at 12 and all of the things are spread out throughout the School all teachers are helping to get the kids in their cars on the bus on the news we have covered cases in private and some middle school but so far we stay in school until Health officials will tell us different we're also changing presidents which is a whole nother documentary itself we are transitioning from President Donald Trump two President Joe Biden and it's not a smooth transition so far President Trump does not take the virus seriously never has even when he was infected so many Americans are doing the same thing choosing to wear a mask in public President Biden takes it very seriously by wearing and telling others to wear masks keep social distance wash hands are frequently but because there's such a big split in opinion feels like the United States is dividing mean while thousands of people are dying from coronavirus each day our new President Joe Biden wants everyone to wear a mask for the first 100 days his presidency he says it will reduce the number of cases which is probably true but to see how many people listen to this advice the main thing is we work together as a community and your best to obey the rules and live in a safe Place once again to hang in there everyone this is not just a mystery to Children is also an unreal new Norm that we must all just to
