BRAIN BREAKS!

Here are some fun ideas for you to do if you need a "BRAIN BREAK!"
 
1.  Eat a healthy snack
2.  Ask your parents first--go outside and get some fresh air! 
4.  Stand up, stretch, do a few jumping jacks or arm circles.
5.  Get your markers and crayons and draw your family a picture!
6.  Hug your favorite stuffed animals
